Principals and staff of McGloin + Sween have had special training in historic preservation and continue to develop their knowledge through research and continuing education.
Our preservation projects have included some of the most significant structures in South Texas, including the Centennial House (1849), the oldest surviving structure in Corpus Christi, and the San Patricio County Courthouse (1927), seat of government for one of the original Texas counties.
