From your earliest conceptualization of your project, MAS will help you achieve consensus among your project partners, then communicate the agreed-upon vision to the design team, manage the completion of construction documents by multi-national teams, qualify and hire contractors, and manage the delivery of your project. After construction is complete, we can set up and manage your warranty and asset management programs. Throughout the whole process we provide meaningful reporting on attainment of project objectives to you, and to your investors, partners and lender.
