Master planning is one of the most important stages in the life of a facility. At this stage, the scope, budget, and future footprint of a facility is established. The plan must inspire, while integrating current and projected needs. Complex issues of site topography, vehicular and pedestrian access, utilities infrastructure, security, and aesthetics must be considered.
At McGloin + Sween we believe strongly that a good master plan is the result of careful research and an honest, thoughtful dialogue with the owners, managers, and users of a facility. We know how to ask the right questions, in a process that ensures that all of the stakeholders in the facility have a voice in its future. With that voice comes ownership of the plan, helping to ensure that the plan serves the facility for many years into the future. |
