Historic preservation projects often take years of planning and fundraising to bring to fruition. McGloin + Sween has assisted several public and private clients with planning and fundraising for their historic resources. For the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program, McGloin + Sween prepared Preservation Master Plans for the Refugio (1917), San Patricio (1927), and Nueces County (1915/ 1931) Courthouses. We have prepared grant applications to the Statewide Transportation Enhancement Program and the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program resulting in over $3.1 million in funding.
