Civic spaces are the front porch of a community. They are where we meet our neighbors, enjoy public events, and show off our special attributes. Like the front porch, they should be welcoming, provide shelter, and accommodate the functions that occur in them.
Two of our urban design projects include the Six Points Livable Communities Project and a redesign proposal for Shoreline Boulevard along Corpus Christi's bayfront. The Six Points project has re-established the commercial center's identity and has stimulated economic revitalization.
